Ludovic André currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at VCIC Inc. He joined Banque de Vizille in January 2003 first as an analyst, then as investment portfolio director at its subsidiary Vizille Capital Innovation, dedicated to technology venture capital.

Before joining the venture capital industry, Ludovic André held several positions in R&D and engineering for the Air Liquide group in both France and the United States. Ludovic has a master's degree in engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble as well as from the University of Texas at Austin. He also has an MBA from HEC Paris.

VCIC relies on a team of venture capital investment professionals and experts in science and industry.

The president of VCIC is Alain Bénisty, who maintains the link with its parent company in France. Mr. Benisty has 26 years of experience in venture capital for young technology companies, especially through the technology venture capital business he created at Banque de Vizille, now integreated within CM-CIC Capital Finance.
